A good coach can select a movement or a workout carefully and explain and demonstrate it clearly. If done properly an athlete of any skill level can execute confidently and achieve the stimulus that is intended by the coach. Â I have spent almost a decade learning and constantly improving at doing just that. Whether it be a professional athlete looking to push performance, a person just starting their fitness journey, or someone getting back to the gym after an injury.

I wish everyone I knew would give SmartFit640 a try! These workouts have given me an entire adulthood of feeling fit and strong, which improves everything else along the way. The workouts are fun, always new and changing and only 50 minutes long. They combine strength training and conditioning-a mix of resistance and cardio! Anyone can do this, and anyone can change their body! The best part is, the more lean body mass I acquire, the more fat I burn and the more delicious, healthy food I can consume! The SmartFit640 Staff also provides a personalized meal plan and ongoing nutritional support to even further your fitness success. Any many thanks to the small group I train with as they motivate me to get there, even when I don't feel like it.

Has everything you need for a good workout. It gets pretty crowded at peak times which is normal. Very clean and a good crowed of mixed people, lots of older folks and younger folks working out. Wish the open floor area where the stretching/foam rolling exc.. goes on was a bit bigger. When it's busy people are stepping over eachother. All and all great gym tho. Oh and Lots of cardio equipment too

I was limited with my availability and was in desperate need of a deep tissue massage. I found Jill through a quick search, looked at her website and loved her holistic approach. I also was drawn in by her active lifestyle. I run, hike, lift and work at a desk for 9+ hours a day, which is a recipe for pain. The massage I had with Jill was simply outstanding. I also really appreciated how easy it was to book through her website. Thank you!
