I just have to go here in September and while it's cheaper to go to other major gyms, I find this to be a well-cared-for, well run and organized gym. I've been to a lot of gyms through the years and this is one of my favorite. Equipment is well-cared-for people are nice and the location is great. Workout equipment is nice and seems well maintained. Music is a normal variety of recent popular music. People that go there from my experiance are freindly, but not overly so, No one really wants to be bugged while working out. Staff is also freindly and helpful if you need something. Price is reasonable for me because it is close to my work location. More...

Has everything you need for a good workout. It gets pretty crowded at peak times which is normal. Very clean and a good crowed of mixed people, lots of older folks and younger folks working out. Wish the open floor area where the stretching/foam rolling exc.. goes on was a bit bigger. When it's busy people are stepping over eachother. All and all great gym tho.
