When I walk in, I get greeted by the coaches. Since day 1 they knew my name and welcomed me with their friendly manner. On Target Fitness is a super clean, friendly, people centric gym with caring and engaged trainers. The classes are challenging and are not overcrowded. Every time I attend a class, I learn something new and valuable from the trainers and leave looking forward to the next class. Not once have I dreaded going to my workout session! I would absolutely recommend this gym for any person of any fitness level. Workouts are planned for the needs of each patron and the owners and trainers are highly communicative and available for advice, recommendations and plans to help you achieve your goals. Training at On Target Fitness is like an intensive course in your Self! The coaches constantly share their knowledge and encouragement. I've had issues with my knee, ankle and newly diagnosed degenerative disc disease in my spine. Carrying heavy things up and down stairs (which I have to do because of my video production work) has been a real issue - until now! Since I've been working out at On Target my core is stronger, my balance is better and I can carry all that heavy stuff with no issues! I would recommend this gym to anyone that lives in the area or is just stopping by. The gym is very well kept and the staff takes a great approach towards the variety involved in the workouts. I now have someone I can always count on for a good individual or group workout. The very first time I called this place I was very well taken care of. I had called other gyms that couldn't or wouldn't help my Marines and I with a group workout for an hour. Alec was very understanding of our needs and was more than happy to accommodate. After 2 months I'm getting the best workouts of my life. It's not just bootcamp and cardio drills, we do strength training, kickboxing, small group PT, and anything else anyone could want. Group training is really great - we can push ourselves based on personal goals while also supporting the rest of the group in accomplishing their goals. This gym is awesome. There is a ton of effort put forth on making each workout & exercise completely fun and functional. I have developed more core strength than I ever have just lifting or playing sports in high school and college. My spine doesn't crack any more and my posture has improved emensly. I would recommend this gym to anybody on any fitness level. The people are great and there is a great sense of community. I look forward to each workout. I have now been going to On Target Fitness for a full week and have really enjoyed my time here. They have an excellent variety of classes which keeps the workouts interesting. The instructors are very helpful and take the time to make sure that you are using proper form and doing the exercises correctly to help prevent injury . They offer early morning classes as well as various classes throughout the day and private training. The facilities are very clean and well organized. Alec and the team at On Target have been amazing when it comes to helping me reach my fitness goals. When I first started, I was nervous about joining a gym, had basically never worked out before, and felt like I would never be "in shape. " The environment at On Target has not only made it comfortable for me to grow, learn, and get better and stronger... but it has been FUN. I have never stuck with any fitness program like I have with this and it has everything to do with the team and the great community that they foster.
