Nutrition is the number one factor to the body of your dreams. You need a trainer that can help you make fitness a lifestyle, and not a means to an end.

What do you love most about your job?

I have always been an athlete. I played football, baseball, basketball, and track as a teenager. I was a national champion in the 1500m, and 800m, as well as 10,000m runs. As an adult I became interested in bodybuilding because as an endurance athlete I was so skinny. I was lucky to work with some amazing trainers and athletes during my journey, and I just became hooked on the lifestyle. After years of travelling the world I wanted to settle down and start a business, so fitness was a natural choice. I get to make a living helping people, and I still love it after 15 years.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Why should our clients choose you?

Once contact is made I immediately try to narrow down exactly what the clients needs are and try to match them up with the right services. I invite them in to come take a look around and meet in person. At that point, if they choose to hire me, I do a client assessment and orientation that is free of charge. I do a Bod Pod analysis, take measurements, discuss goals, set schedule, discuss policy, then its on to the first session. My prices are very reasonable. I have several packages that offer many free extras, and are designed to fit any budget while delivering the most complete fitness service in the industry.
