They live a life of quiet desperation because they wish they could do more in life and with themselves. They wish they had the courage to talk to that girl, or attract that guy… They wish they could look in the mirror and like what they see, or just be able to stand themselves when they go to bed at night. Many people want to develop self respect and perhaps earn the respect of others. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I teach them the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, including but not limited to:
proper nutrition and hydration,
exercise and weightlifting/ strength training,
proper daily habits such as sleep, rest, relaxation,
also focusing on proper mental health, journaling, and treating yourself and your body as something that they are responsible for helping. Your body is an extension of yourself, the vessel through which you interact with the world and others with whom you have a relationship with. You would do well to take care of it.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Hard work and consistency. You must stay focused and keep working whatever plan you have. You could have the greatest plan in the world, but it will not work if you aren't consistent. If you want to look different, lose weight, put on muscle, whatever that goal may be, if you do not train for it, you will not reach your goal. However, the opposite is also true. If you work hard, and stay consistent, you are always 3-6 months from a life changing body.

What do you love most about your job?

Making new friends. Every client I have ever trained, we have developed great relationships. It makes sense too, because If I help someone create the body of their dreams, get confident, string and healthy, it makes sense to say I've made a new friend for a very long time.
