How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Our trainers are well qualified and ensure our members are doing exercises properly to avoid injury. Beyond that, they are motivating and throughout class time or personal training sessions consistently encourage our members to push themselves to achieve the results they're looking for.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Diet and dedication. At NNAC, we can help you with both of these things! We have a licensed dietitian on staff and can develop nutrition goals for you!

What do you love most about your job?

The NNAC team loves more than anything else to help our members achieve their fitness goals through our programming. It's a very rewarding experience in all of our eyes to help foster a sense of self-improvement in our facilities.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Our team wanted to build a unique gym atmosphere in which all of our members feel included in a tightly knit group of people who all share a common goal: to stay in shape!

Our licensed dietitian means our personal training packages include diet coaching on top of the program itself and included unlimited access to classes during the duration of the program. Our memberships are competitively priced and all of our equipment is brand new inside a clean facility that is conducive to productive workouts. We have plenty of membership options available, and your first two weeks are free! Our class offerings are diverse so there is something for everyone whether it be CrossFit, HIIT, or Olympic Lifting, we appeal to everyone!
