Jake is more than I could ever ask for in a trainer! His wealth of knowledge in weightlifting and training helped me learn what would have taken me YEARS to have learn on my own. He is always so flexible, accommodating, and willing to work with me. 10/10 recommend him as your trainer! More...

When I first started working out with Jake I was skinny and didn’t think I could ever get big. With his help, I’ve gained over 15 pounds in 5 months and feel 100 times better about myself. His workouts are tough but he helps push you the whole time by his belief in you. Even if you don’t think you can do one more rep you must because you don’t want to let him down. Whether your goals are to lose weight or gain weight; he’ll help you accomplish them. By far the best trainer I’ve ever had, there’s no way I would ever use anyone else. I like to make my own hours revolving around my clients and my own plans for my clients

You look at a lot of personal trainers and they look like they need training themselves getting a certification doesn't always mean you know how to train an individual. I have been in the gym since I was 12 and have not stopped so there isn’t a lot of workouts I don’t know of. A lot of people see personal training as a job I see it as a passion.
