I wanted to wait until I finished a my full first week (which is free, by the way) to write this review:
Konza Strength with push, grow, and strengthen you in ways you didn’t know you could be developed physically and mentally.
Aaron and Kenney have built an incredible and unique place to improve YOU!
There’s a massive encouragement to come as you are but bring everything you have to the table.
I have zero background in strength training or working out at all but the coaches and patrons came alongside me to help me develop and reach my goals.
This will be a long term wellness home for me.

I lift weights in three different states weekly. But there is only one home and it’s the foundation. The atmosphere, the environment, the people, and the equipment are second to none . There is not a better gym to lift in the area. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody from a beginner to advanced weightlifter .

Since coming to Little Apple Pilates, I've noticed a significant change in my strength, balance, and happiness. This place is so fun, and there are so many different classes for whatever you're feeling for the day.
Hilary is not only knowledgeable but also just so passionate about how our bodies work and how we should take care of them. She's also so encouraging and brings such a fun energy to the classes
My suggestion: try a hot pilates mat class and an aerial stunts class!

In a busy area like Manhattan, the biggest benefit is accountability. You aren't just paying for a workout; you're paying for a professional to ensure your form is perfect and your time isn't wasted on exercises that don't work for your body.
A reputable trainer must be certified. Look for certifications from accredited organizations. The most respected in the US are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association)—particularly the CSCS for athletes.
To keep costs down, consider small group training. By grabbing a few friends and splitting the session fee, you get expert attention for a fraction of the price. Additionally, ask about 'Commit and Save' deals where buying upfront lowers the per-session rate.
