This gym is amazing. The people are nice, the classes are challenging and fun, and the personal training is top notch. Moving around a lot, I've worked with my fair share of personal trainers and Aaron is heads and tails above any I've worked with in the past. I strongly recommend Konza Strength. The coaching staff is second to none. Each of the coaches quickly learns your strengths and weaknesses, taking a genuine interest in improving your fitness in a safe and balanced manner. The gym provides an easy to use app that allows you to track your progress and compare your results to others.They change the programming every 6-8 weeks to keep it interesting and challenging.Since joining a few months ago, my VO2 max has increased by 8%, my resting heart rate has decreased by 30%, and I've gained 6 lbs of lean body mass. I have really enjoyed each class I've had these past few weeks at Konza Strength! The atmosphere is welcoming to new people and the coaches are encouraging and friendly. But they make you work! You can't help but push your own limits once you are inside of a workout, which is exactly what I was looking for--I know I would not be able to match the intensity of the workouts if I were doing them on my own. I appreciate their attention to form, building strength and endurance, and ability to curate new workouts for each session - keeps it fresh! I also like that you can buy a package of classes and make can choose to attend what works for your personal schedule. I look forward to many workouts to come! More...

I wanted to wait until I finished a my full first week (which is free, by the way) to write this review:
Konza Strength with push, grow, and strengthen you in ways you didn’t know you could be developed physically and mentally.
Aaron and Kenney have built an incredible and unique place to improve YOU!
There’s a massive encouragement to come as you are but bring everything you have to the table.
I have zero background in strength training or working out at all but the coaches and patrons came alongside me to help me develop and reach my goals.
This will be a long term wellness home for me.
