Your mindset. If it is truly and I mean truly something you want then you will put in the work to get it.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people, I love helping someone reach their goals. Helping someone push past that road block and get to that finish line that seemed impossible.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was training in a gym for years, helping people that just needed something to do. They did not want to change, truly. So I started my own fitness business to get the clients that are like me, driven.

Yes, I train individuals through a fitness app. On that app they will have a personalized workout and after the first week of tracking their meals I will design them a meal plan that will also be on the app. Along with that, I will do weakly calls to talk about the pervious week and figure out what went well and what we can do better.

Online clients? nothing
In person? I make sure to wear a mask if the client wants me to.
