The thing I definitely love most of my job is to see people change and transforming their life.
I've seen so many transformations in my career and that feeling is gratifying for all the hard work and effort I put into it.
I love teaching people the movements, developing tailored programs is challenging and stimulating . I'm very passionate of my job, I love my clients and I'm very committed to them.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My clients inspired me. I wasn't a personal trainer yet and I trained at the gym. Some people often came to me for suggestions about exercise form and after a while some of them asked me to get trained. So 10 years ago I decided that was my career, I start studying and I received my first Personal Trainer Degree.
