How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We offer affordable personal training so clients of all levels can begin their journeys at an affordable cost. We offer specials throughout the year. The more you train the deeper the discount you will receive. If you commit to the process of training at least twice a week all clients will receive a automatic discount. We also have a referral program. If you like your results you get by training with us, refer friends and family to either one of us and you will receive $10.00 off per referral (up to 5 referrals) . This is a savings of up to $50.00 per month for you!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

We don't think it is a secret to get the body of your dreams. We feel that if a person is in the correct mind set and ready to start the journey to become their healthy body size it all begins to fall into place. We will not lie, it is hard work and dedication. Speaking from experience, We both personally have lost a considerable amount of weight. It has led us to where we want to be, but we had to listen, put in the work, and want it bad enough to obtain the goal. So, not a secret but you may obtain your goals with correct education, guidance and determination and you WILL achieve!

What do you love most about your job?

We enjoy helping our clients reach their goals and taking control of their health. It is a great feeling helping a client lose weight, run in a 5k or half marathon, or increase their overall strength. I also enjoy the interactions I have with our clients during the training sessions.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Michael has been in emergency services since 1998. He later went to school to become a paramedic and is currently a firefighter/paramedic. Both Michael and Deanna have always enjoyed helping. Deanna has obtained her ACE Personal Certification and is currently obtaining her ACE Health Coach Certification. Our health has not always been that great. Both of have lost over 60 pounds each! Being an unhealthy weight we felt terrible. Both of us took control of our health. As we learned to control our health that translated to each of our desires to help people. We both began to help friends and family members. We realized quickly how much we enjoyed helping people with their fitness success, and decided to become certified as a personal trainers. We enjoy every minute of preparing and helping clients. We want to help others so they can be their best version of themselves and feel great for themselves!
