Personal Trainers

I have been working with Justin for over a year now.
I hadn't worked out in 8 yrs so, I wanted to start in my home. I have now progressed to a gym with his help.
He is very knowledgeable, patient, and someone who listens. He is a structured trainer that understood, I too needed to make working out a priority and a routine.
I would not be in the shape I'm in, if it wasn't for his not only training me, but his nutritional advice, and understanding of my emotional eating.
I could not have picked a more rounded and knowledgeable trainer for my needs.

Justin

Has great knowledge when it comes to physical fitness and nutrition. He is very goal oriented by setting smaller goals for you that are achievable once reached and then setting another goal. I find this great so you don’t get burnt out. He is also flexible with scheduling due to work and life. I would highly recommend using this guy. I have been training with him for 9 or 10 months 3days a week. And all the results speak for themselves.

Having Justin as a personal trainer was one of the best decisions I've ever made. If it's 1 on 1 personal training, needing a meal plan or just personal fitness advice I'd recommend him.
