I absolutely love working with Rich. There is no saying "no" or "I can't" because he is very intuitive and develops various exercise methods to accommodate any mental or physical limitation. I would highly recommend him to address all of your exercise and fitness needs! More...

I've been working out under Rich's supervision for nearly 3 years and love it. I have never done the same workout twice and I really enjoy his creative approach to mixing things up while getting a terrific workout. Highly recommend him!

I started working with Rich after my husband had been training with him for two years, and wish I had started sooner. Rich is extremely personable and truly cares about helping reach your goals. Every workout is different which really keeps things interesting and motivating. Anyone who decides to use Rich as their personal trainer will be extremely satisfied. Rich has been working with me as my personal trainer for almost 3 years. If you are looking for a personal trainer I can’t provide any greater endorsement than him. Rich is excellent working with me on goal setting, making each workout literally new and different every time, and thoughtfully putting together plans in advance of each session towards reaching those goals. Rich has a great blend of teaching proper form, encouraging one’s effort, while also holding one accountable. My wife started joining me as well over a year ago, and despite being at different levels, he is able to manage the workouts so that we both come away satisfied. Rich is simply amazing! Very motivating and encourage, but also challenges you to do more. He really does all the prep and gets a plan ready for you. .. That's it. You show up, do the work and the result pour in. I tried doing it on my own, but lacks the know how and consistency to really see the results I wanted, but working with Rich I can honestly say I'm seeing the results and feeling really good about myself.
