My third class here and I love every minute of it!! It was very easy to sign up for the classes, Jen is very nice to work with and NO CONTRACTS! The classes are hard but fun and different every time. You can always modify the workouts. The instructors are awesome and explain each workout. Honestly it feels like a private lesson but with a group! Wayne, Hayden and Gabby were great and I would highly recommend this place if you are interested in a gym where every class is a challenge!!
