My passion lies with working with people struggling with self-perception. I help you step boldly into confidence and find the beauty within. I also provide sound bowl sessions to decrease stress, depression, anxiety and fear and move you into a higher energy frequency state of love, joy and peace.
I love being able to watch the transformation happen in people's lives. To be able to bring people through their place of stuckness and see changes happen is amazing. The moment when the pieces start to fall into place and their entire being lights up is one of the greatest moments of coaching.
I have been a pharmacist in the corporate world for over 25 years. When I realized through my own growth and transformation, just how powerful it was, I switched careers. Now my life looks completely different and I am able to live in alignment with my true self and calling.
I am very passionate about helping others. I am constantly growing in my own life and can only take you as far as I am willing to go myself. Therefore, I am living my best life each and every day to be able to give more passionately to others. From this place, I create a safe space to be yourself. I hold you accountable and fully believe in you to make it to that desired life as well. I have a very calming nature and am very intuitive.
