What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to watch the transformation happen in people's lives. To be able to bring people through their place of stuckness and see changes happen is amazing. The moment when the pieces start to fall into place and their entire being lights up is one of the greatest moments of coaching.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a pharmacist in the corporate world for over 25 years. When I realized through my own growth and transformation, just how powerful it was, I switched careers. Now my life looks completely different and I am able to live in alignment with my true self and calling.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very passionate about helping others. I am constantly growing in my own life and can only take you as far as I am willing to go myself. Therefore, I am living my best life each and every day to be able to give more passionately to others. From this place, I create a safe space to be yourself. I hold you accountable and fully believe in you to make it to that desired life as well. I have a very calming nature and am very intuitive.

I will coach you through looking into your old belief systems and begin to become aware of which ones are yours to keep and which ones need to be rewritten.

I take the beliefs you have become aware of and work with you to transform them into shifting the identity around them and what they have made you believe about yourself. Through many techniques, those old beliefs can be a thing of the past!

I use frosted crystal sound bowls to bring to you relaxation and mindful meditation.
