Before I started working with Jamie I had never worked with a life coach before so I wasn't sure what to expect.  I was stuck in some patterns that weren't serving me both personally and professionally so I figured I'd take whatever help I could get.  I've been to traditional talk therapy which served its purpose for certain situations.  What I loved about working with Jamie was her positive and empowering results oriented approach.  Our conversations weren't focused on rehashing my problems they were more focused on the solution which was refreshing and motivating. I decided to work with Emily after following her on Instagram and connecting with her openness and easy way of disseminating information. In our first session, she was able to easily bridge my analytical mind with my spiritual side when talking about the moon cycles and its impact on our lives and bodies. After college, I decided that I wanted to follow my own path, which led me to business consulting. I've worked with a variety of clients in very different industries. From there, I co-founded a tech startup in shipping logistics and dabbled in e-commerce.
Eventually I realized that I loved consulting, but the thing that inspired me and brought me joy, was my volunteer work as a sorority advisor. After finally having my aha moment, I decided to study with The Life Coach School and committed myself to changing lives.
I have a great sense of business, which really allows me to help people with their business coaching needs.
