I've been taking French lessons from Scott for a few months now. I find he approaches his work with the vigor, care and generosity of a beloved and learned professor. He weaves the strands of his multi-faceted knowledge and wisdom into a cloak that embraces his student-clients and steadily contributes to the expansion of their minds and hearts. Our meetings feel uniquely curated and crafted and I imagine that applies to coaching, learning a language, or philosophical and cultural companionship and exchange. As an artist and retired psychotherapist who has also worked in other professions and lived and worked on different continents, I welcome and am grateful for the stimulating exchanges and depth of inquiry of our conversational French meetings. Working with Scott I feel more personally and culturally aware, I'm more than ever motivated to dive into my books and to ground and expand both my local and global knowledge. I find I eagerly anticipate our next meeting for the pure adventure of learning and the unexpected yet accessible conversations and learnings that often arise. Yeah! It's good to be a student again.
