When I talk to Scott about what's bothering me in life, he doesn't offer trivialisms, cliches, or colloquialisms, he listens closely to what I'm saying and the way in which I'm saying it to recognize thought patterns I don't even see in myself. Speaking with him once a week has been a chance to unburden myself from the thoughts and feelings that keep me from being the fullest person I want to be. He brings humor and levity to our conversations, and often historical or societal context to place what I'm going through in a manageable framework. Don't know what I would've done without him these last few years.

Scott and I started out life coaching journey nearly two years ago. I had just lost my husband of 33 years at age 53. His constructive advice has helped me become more independent and find happiness in places I never expected. Scott's understanding of the world comes from his background in teaching and living abroad. He simply understands things that other's don't and knows how to impart his advice in a way that manifests new life skills. I've changed some fundamental things about my mindset about money, travel and romantic relationships since meeting Scott. I'm less of a sad cynic and more of an adventurous woman who finds pleasure in the small things after spending a couple of years following Scott's guidance. I'm much happier on life's journey after adding Scott to my circle of advisors.
