What’s your signature dish?

Cajun, Southwest, Italian, Latin and Asian are our forté or a mashup of them all.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?

We work closely with our clients to find out their exact needs based on each specific event. We try to capture every detail through the eyes of the client.

What do you love most about your job?

You don't need a silver fork to eat good food. People who love to eat are always the best people. We love to feed people and make them happy. It's that simple.

What inspired you to start your own business?

We have entrepreneurial spirits. The people we personally have admired throughout our lifetimes have been those who have gone about things a different way and saw a niche and decided to take advantage of it. We too, found that niche but it fits into a bigger picture of knowing no limits to our imaginations, while being able to be a part of a community-at-large. We try to create solutions to things we wish we had. If we think to ourselves " I wish there was a..." , we just go ahead and make that and wait and see what happens next.

Why should our clients choose you?

We are passionate about food and we love making lasting connections. We take the time to really find out about our clients on a one on one level in order to ensure we are fulfilling the clients needs.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

We can provide our services online, via telephone, via email or (and this is where the real magic happens), remotely, as we are a full service catering operation along with our abilities to adapt to the new contactless style drop offs or setups.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Our team is tested regularly and we all wear masks and gloves when appropriate. We undergo rigorous safety measures following guidelines provided by the CDC and our State Health Department.

Catering FAQs

Expand all

Your expert caterer will be able to advise you on the most suitable menus and service.

It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:

  • Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.

  • Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.

  • Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.

  • Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.

  • Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.

You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.

Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.

You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
