Although we can't provide any online or remote services at the moment it's absolutely something we have been excited to grow.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are proud to say we are fully vaccinated. We strive to maintain a clean and sanitized work station, food truck and commercial kitchen. We follow all CDC and local health ordinances.
A LA CART CATERING
This option allows you to let your guests select their own food options from our full menu and start a tab. You can set a budget for your total tab and we will keep you updated on when that is nearly being reached. Once your budget is reached you have the option of increasing your budget, closing your tab and ask guests to purchase their own food or closing our food truck with your payment of your tab.
SET MENU CATERING
Each guest will be able to enjoy: One carne asada, one chicken taco with cilantro, onion and salsa toppings, slow cooked beans, cilantro lime rice, chips and a agua fresca drink. Cups, plates, napkins, silverware and ice to be included. Food will be cooked and served to each guest on location from our food truck
CUSTOM CATERING
We have the flexibility to tailor a catering package for any occasion, whether you prefer our stylish food truck setup or a convenient drop-off service featuring classic silver chafing dishes.
