What’s your signature dish?
Sweet Potatoe Pie is my signature dish. I would have to say that I found myself trying to perfect everything that I cook or bake.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Frist the client and I decide on the cuisine, the estimated amount of guests and budget. From there I begin to sugest certian dishes' from selected cuisine for tasting. Thereby creating an original menu for the occasion and theme of the event.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating a unique and original menu for the client's. Making the experience an enjoyable one.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A passion to cook fresh vegetables or frozen and fruits and bake from scratch which seems to be lost in these modern catering business's.

stems and support for stacking the cake).

If selected to cater the event an appointment for tasting will be set at the appropriate time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online order only unless for tasting. Once we are hired a future date before the event would be scheduled for tasting of selected menu.
