I just recently used Remarkable Affairs to cater our corporate lunch and I certainly recommend! Mark and his team listened to what I was looking for and were very good in assisting in menu creation. My request was simple - nothing fancy - an intimate group of 17 and good food (happily not prepared by me). Mark and team were fabulous - listened to and understood my needs, kept things simple as requested, no upselling, delivered at time committed, and exactly as expected.

Chef Mark and his team just catered our school's annual auction and they hit it out of the park! We had about 250 guests and the food was delicious, plentiful and presented beautifully . .. all for a very reasonable cost. In addition, ReMARKable Affairs Catering had attentive and professional wait staff and bartenders. It was a pleasure to work with Mark from start to finish. Remarkable Affairs Catering prepared the meal for my daughter's wedding earlier this month, and Chef Mark, along with his crew, did an amazing job! They provided a plated meal that was served efficiently by a friendly, yet professional staff. The meal was not only fresh and warm, it was absolutely delicious. We received numerous compliments from our 140+ guests who were expecting the typical wedding meal, but were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food and its elegant presentation. The passed hors d'oeuvres were over the top--you need to try the bacon-wrapped figs! He also provided the bartenders, and his partner Leslie created the signature cocktails for the bride and groom. They were such a hit that not a drop was left at the end of the night. Mark even let us use his cafe as the drop-off (Friday)/pick-up (Monday) site for some rentals that saved us $100s in weekend delivery charges. And at the end of service, Mark's staff re-packed all of my vintage china and stemware and loaded it onto the u-haul truck. In fact, Mark and Leslie stayed until very end, helping clean up and load our extensive decorations. I highly recommend Remarkable Affairs for catering your next event. Get in my belly! I'm vegetarian and it is hard to find delicious food that isn't heavy and loaded with dairy. ReMARKable catering did not disappoint! They created a romantic meal for two and delivered to my house. It was full of fresh veggies, pasta, mashed potatoes, and of course a decadent chocolate dessert! It also was very generous portions - like we ate it all week. I would highly recommend them to treat yourself for an at-home date night or perhaps delivery service for health-conscious meals or to cater a wedding! You can't go wrong. We just had Mark and his team cater our school's annual auction. It was a Mardi Gras theme and his food was so delicious! Attendees are still raving about the food days later . It was a creative menu and presented beautifully. Plus, it was a substantial amount of food for the cost. Mark, Leslie and their team were the ultimate professionals. They arrived on time, food was hot, fresh and absolutely fantastic, and their staff were perfect. During the presentation, the servers were replenishing drinks, bussing tables, and not once were they obtrusive. When they prepared to leave, they left our facility as clean as they found it. ReMARKable Affairs offers not only gourmet, quality food, but their level of service and professionalism went way above our expectations. They catered the rehearsal dinner in our home and the cook and assistant/bartender very much impressed everyone with their friendliness, perfectionism, and attention to detail. I remember that the cook took note of the fact that we had a few guests that couldn't arrive until midway through the evening, and he made sure to keep several portions aside so that they had a chance to eat all of the different foods. We were very happy with that and so were these guests. There was plenty to eat for everyone. For the menu items, my husband and I chose heavy appetizers which included crab cakes (those were my favorite), beef tenderloin sliders (a huge hit), a bruschetta bar, artichoke orzo shrimp salad, and bacon wrapped figs. They were all just as amazing as they sound and my guests kept raving about the food. You will not regret signing Mark and his team up for your special occasion. Chef Mark catered the meal for my daughter's wedding last weekend and did an amazing job! He and Leslie put together an amazing crew and managed to pull off a delicious meal with plated service for which we are still receiving compliments. The wait staff was efficient and friendly, extremely professional. Mark and Leslie did not leave the venue until we did, helping load up every bit of the extensive wedding decor along with the vintage dishes and glassware. He even offered to have our rentals delivered to his cafe on Friday with pickup on Monday, saving us $100s in weekend delivery charges, (thanks, Mark!). Wow.....this place is terrific! I actually just started using them for my catering needs in Plano and McKinney.
If you are looking for quality and efficiency around the delivery of food. ....this is the place. This establishment is very solution-based and also communicates at a very high level which is exactly what I need with my work at area hospitals and clinics. The chef certainly knows what he is doing for sure......be it presentation or taste, this place has it down.
I highly recommend this catering company for any occasion whatsoever!

I had a last minute shindig come up at my home with one of the nation's largest non-profit CEOs coming in. I needed someone I could pass the task on to and to be able to rely on them to provide excellent, professional service to my guests as well as providing rentals and food for my event. Remarkable Affairs did not disappoint. They arrived on-time, set up quickly and even creatively used some of the extra flowers from my florist that were going to be discarded. Everything was beautiful and I did not have to lift a finger. It means a lot for me to be able to turn a project over to someone and know they are going to do a great job for me. Chef Mark, his lovely wife Leslie and his amazing staff recently catered by daughter's wedding for ~ 180 guests. They were fabulous. From the initial visit with Mark, to the very end, he did everything possible to accommodate every wish, contingency, etc. He was open to menu variations, changes, options..... you name it. He was ALWAYS professional, responsive to every question, friendly and overall the best service you could hope for in a caterer. Chef Mark and his team were spectacular from first contact to last goodbyes. My wife and I are not the party planning type and relied heavily on his experience. We were aiming for fancy casual. Think bow ties and mustaches. We are not a "traditional" couple and Chef Mark took the time to get to know us a bit so that he could match his services to our taste as well as make recommendations to enhance our experience. The food was beyond compare and the staff were the definition of perfection in service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the honesty and forthcoming nature of the staff and Chef Mark when they confirmed the amount of the extra tip both upon departure as well as a few days later to be certain we were aware of the amount. Went to their cafe the other day, for the first time, and had their Gnocchi with sun dried tomato cream sauce. It was absolutely amazing! I subscribed to their contact list so I could get their weekly menu emails. Next time they have this dish I am going back! Ross and Vickie, the employees working there, were super friendly as well. It was such a welcoming environment and they seemed to have a relationship with everyone who came in the front door. Thank you so much for providing such a fantastic meal for my husband and me this past week! I came to the Café on Wednesday, 10/22/14, took home the cornish game hen with polenta and cabbage and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD.
