I can't say enough good about this place! It was easy to find, right next to the Galleria. The service was very fast and friendly!  We popped in for lunch and had  the Seoul Beef Bowl and the Ahi Tuna Tower with Pork Dumplings and a Vietnamese Spring Roll. Everything was SO DELICIOUS  I loved the complimentary tea and froyo since we were first timers! We will definitely be back! The restaurant was clean and well lit. Kuai's concept of "healthy meals ought to be delicious" did not fall short! The coco-matawny soup was to die for! The chicken breast was tender, soaked up all the flavors.  The rice in the soup wasn't soggy, added a nice texture and filling. So good I literally went back to get seconds. At the counter the owner of this location and two others greeted me with great conversation and information about his restaurant. One of my go-to lunch spots near my new office.  I have only tried the spicy ahi tower bowl (which I got to go) and lettuce wraps (which now is what I always order).  Weirdly even though they have several of the same ingredients the time I got the tower bowl it seemed bland, but when you have the same spicy ahi, crab and avocado just over lettuce the flavors come out better.  I don't really care for the sauce it comes with, what would take it to the next level would be either a sriracha Mayo or wasabi mayo.  But it is fresh and tasty and they can prepare it super fast.  Their froyo is tasty also and they have a great selection of beverages. Came here based on the great reviews. I was wanting something semi healthy and fast so I decided to try this place out. Inside is spacious with plenty of tables and very clean. Service is great as everyone else has said. Tried a small tokyo bowl which is pretty much just teriyaki chick en. Fairly priced. Food came out lightning fast which is good, but unfortunately means that food is prepared in advance. I prefer food that is made to order. Food consisted of a layer of white rice, steamed white chicken, steamed broccoli, and the sauce on top. Food was good, but nothing special. Typically, I'm not a fan of broccoli, but the sauce made it edible. Pretty "healthy" I guess, aside from the sauce (at least food was not doused in sauce). Food was good, but pretty similar to teriyaki chicken you would find anywhere else. May return to try some other menu items. More...

I was in Dallas for work and have been eating heavy food the past few days, so I wanted something light and fresh for lunch. After browsing around Yelp, I found Kuai Asian Kitchen was close to my hotel. Upon the arriving, the staff could tell I was undecided on what to order. The super friendly staff offered me free samples of their food. I decided on the spicy tuna tower and it was delicious. There's also a toppings bar where you can garnish your food with extra herbs and sauces. With it being my first time, the staff gave me a free drink with my meal. I selected this restaurant because of the reviews on Yelp. I knew going in that I wanted the Ahi Tuna Tower bowl. I also ordered the coconut soup and salad rolls. The employees were awesome. We got free drinks and frozen yogurt as a 'welcome'! Whaaaaaat?That ahi bowl was all I hoped for. It was amazing!!! I want it again. Now. Every component of that bowl was perfect. The sauce was sublime. It will be my pop in place anytime I'm in the area, for sure. The coconut soup was very rich and flavorful. I'll try the hot and sour next time. The salad rolls were really good, but, the stick to the wrapper too much. I think they need to be placed on something to dry slightly, and never wrapped. The flavor was excellent, though. Froyo was a great end. This is really a great restaurant. I am almost always disappointed when I have lunch at a new place. I seriously loved this place. Definitely a repeat spot! The food was great with good portions too, awesome protein to carb ratio!  The food tasted amazing so fresh and flavorful. This place is amazing! Great staff. I met my friend here for lunch and we had the chicken and pork dumplings. They told us ahead of time that the pork dumplings would take a little bit longer because they had just started cooking them, and we were fine with that. I saw the ratings & that's what drew me in. When I walked in & saw the layout & how you place your order, I thought Oh No! Asian Fast-food!  But it turns out, it's not like that at all. Fresh food, good tea and yogurt. I had the large ahi tower bowl. Great presentation and had good flavor with the sauce. The yogurt was a nice touch - I mixed the cappuccino and original tart. They were both good but I'd probably stick with the original tart on a re-do. The only disappointment was the amount of tuna - I expected more for a large bowl. If I had to compare Asian restaurants to popular rappers, I'd probably peg Kuai as... Post Malone. I mean, yeah, he's pretty palatable, but he's not exactly authentic or real. Everyone kinda likes him, but nobody LOVES him. Everyone can easily listen to his songs, but that's because they don't really get that deep. He ain't Nas. He ain't Kendrick. He ain't even J. Cole. Kuai is an Asian fusion, fast-casual chain. Asian fusion because most of their dishes draw strong influence from many places around Asia, but they aren't exactly the original versions. For example - the Thai Chicken is a healthy steamed version instead of stir fried. And it's not very spicy. Fast-casual because they are REALLY fast. Both times I went there, they had my order ready in less than a minute after I ordered. Very convenient and good for when you're in a rush. Like Post Malone, Kuai is also very accepted by mainstream culture. During lunch, 90% of the clientele are working professionals from the corporations around the area. Also like Post, Kuai is very heavily autotuned to fit the taste of the general public. When you want an Asian spot that's easy to digest, White Iverson's the answer. More...

Decor 4/5 New, Clean, modern. Chicken 2/5almost every entree is just cubed chicken breast topped with different sauces (curry? teriyaki? Masala? whatever it is). First visit last night.  Friendly folks from the moment we entered.  First timers get free drink and froyo!  They love giving samples. ..so we don't get stuck ordering the same thing over and over.  Fresh, and healthy.  You can order over veggies instead of rice.  Prices reasonable!  Sauces were delish!  They cater, so come try them out and take a menu for your next catering at the office!  We did.  =). Today, we tried this place for the first time, and we were impressed! The food was very reasonably priced, and it came out incredibly fast. We had the Tokyo Chicken Bowl on veggies. It came with a ton of meat, and the teriyaki sauce was thick and sweet. We got an order of Chicken Dumplings, which were doughy and delicious. We also had the Vietnamese Spring Roll, unlike any other I have had before! We asked for no shrimp, so it was chicken, lettuce and cold rice noodles wrapped in clear rice paper, with a peanut-based sauce. I loved all of the healthy options available and the sauce bar with different soy and teriyaki sauces, all great for dipping. Plus, since it was our first time, we got a free serving of frozen yogurt (regularly only $1 if you spend $9.50)! I was bummed that the strawberry and vanilla flavors were out while I was there, but we tried the tart and guava/mango, and both were a great way to top off the whole meal. I highly recommend! This is a perfect lunch spot!My experience at Kuai couldn't have been any better! They have a large menu to choose from and many of the options come in multiple sizes. They're reasonably priced and very quick. They have a toppings bar full of anything you could possibly need.I ordered the tuna tower and it was delicious! Because it was my first time there, the staff gave me a free drink and free soft serve. They had soda machine and about 10 different types of tea, as well as 4 different flavors of soft serve to choose from.The staff was very friendly and helpful.
