I've been in love with making food since I could stand on a chair. Quick story my grandmother had to get my mother and father off my back because they didn't like the fact that I was on the stove at such a young age but she said it must be foreign so one of my favorite things about cooking is the fact that I get to serve many different people for many different backgrounds important things that I've learned over the years from people like my grandmother my great-grandmother and my grandfather who was a Master chef I find it an honor and a privilege to be able to say I only have I cooked for three different presidents. But my grandmother got to see me do it that's why I love this stuff.
There's never been a point in my life that I didn't want to be a chef and a business owner I've gotten to do both. My father and my mother and most people in my family are entrepreneurial and spirit must have rubbed off
I can't say why a plan should choose me. But I can see if they choose me they'll be choosing someone who loves what they do who aims to please and it's not so arrogant that they can't take criticism to become better. Not to mention I'm not looking to gouge anybody so high quality food from a person with years of experience without the concern of being overly charged or unnecessarily charms that might be a good reason.
Outside of maybe some kind of zoom call meeting slash teaching opportunity maybe teaching people how to make certain dishes and I pretty much have to do what I do for you now I can make it on site or I can make things for you and cater it from my headquarters.
I've made no overt changes because of covid-19 I was staunchly trained to be clean to wash my hands several times throughout the shift after touching it each and every individual thing. Sanitation making sure things are wash rinse and sanitize for 37 years I've been doing this and I have a track record of passing all health inspections and I've never been known to get anybody sick I'm quite proud of that so if it's not broke I'm not going to fix it.
