I rate Lindsay 5 stars because honestly she treats me kind of like a really healthy/supportive friend. And i feel comfortable saying whatever i need to say, however i want to say it, and that means a lot to me. To express my thoughts and emotions in the way I personally need too with the upmost understanding and true non-judgment. I highly recommend her.

I believe that peace on earth starts with peace in the home. I'm able to help adults, couples, and families find this peace by using healthy communication techniques, recognize their emotions and heal from past pain. This helps clients foster deeper connections in their relationships and within themselves. I work with couples needing support with communication, conflict resolution and gaining trust.

After doing some research and reading a bunch of great reviews...my husband and I decided to meet with Kris.We felt very comfortable on the first day, the setting she provided felt safe and I was able to be vulnerable (something that is not easy for me). We have learned so much about ourselves and our relationship...I am truly grateful for her help and recommend Space for Healing to anybody struggling individually or as a couple!

I found Dr. Patterson about two months ago. New into the chiropractic world I had purchased a Living Social for a different facility, unfortunately not thinking of the chiropractor (Dr. Patterson) in my own neighborhood as the location was empty for years. Needless to say, after completing my LS and moving my appointments here, it’s amazing how different their techniques are.
Instead of feeling like I’m being worked on and shuffled through on an assembly line with 5 minutes of care (the other chiropractor)... Dr. Patterson is thorough and I’m there in his care for 15-30 minutes if we include muscle stimulation or the hydro bed (my favorite). He’s kind and caring all while building an amazing client/Dr relationship with his patients. As someone who values small businesses, appreciation and attentiveness I highly recommend seeing Dr. Chris Patterson. I cannot praise him enough! Thank you, Dr. Chris!
Added bonus, seeing photos of his growing family and fur babies!!

Hello all who read this! My name is Stephen and I saw Ben for a year to help me through some issues I was having. I really got fortunate when I found Ben, for his philosophy behind counseling matched perfectly to what I was looking for. He is an absolutely wonderful counselor and his very personal style fit what I needed to the “T”. Ben was able to help me through many tough situations and always was able to root out the cause of my troubles very quickly. With his very unique ability to say just the right thing, at just the right moment, to give me what I needed at that moment, without me even knowing it had happened, Ben was able to change many sad days into wonderfully happy days. It was quite awesome to be honest! I was actually sad when the time came when Ben told me we did not have to meet any more for he taught me how to manage my life and that I was doing great at using these new techniques. Unfortunately he was right! He did teach me many great skills and thought processes that continue to help me day in and day out. Thanks Ben! I would highly recommend Ben for you and your family’s needs. He is very good at what he does! Ben is a kind, down to earth, truthful, and well rounded individual that enjoys what he does and is great at doing it!

The investment in yourself and your health is a necessity for motherhood. Jenica helped me through a time of exhaustion, brain fog, overwhelm, and survival. She gave me practical tools and the just right support to make small yet impactful changes in my daily routines and self thought patterns. Most importantly, she listened. She listened without judgment or agenda, and allowed me the space and permission to lay it all out and figure things out. She is a problem solver and a cheerleader. She is an amazing OT and I refer back to many tools and resources she provided me with often. Sometimes in the post partum months, you just need space to collect your scattered thoughts, someone to validate your journey, and guide your process back to health. Jenica is all of that.
