Are you a parent wanting to support your child but don’t know how? My specialty is working with parents to address their child’s behavioral and emotional needs. If you answered yes and want to learn new strategies and ways of supporting your child, then I’m here to help!

My approach is centered in communication between you and your child. I believe that your child’s behavior communicates something to you. I recognize that sometimes it is hard to understand exactly what he or she is trying to communicate, and it is my job to help you understand. I start with regulation and connection of both you and your child, then I focus on equipping you with the skills you need to support your child to problem solve and learn.

I've worked in schools, outpatient therapy, homes, day treatment, adoption birth parent counseling, and tele-therapy. In all of these settings, my passion and gifting shines when I am working with parents to support their children.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) and parent coach. I provide services through an online platform, called doxy me. Why I provide services online is to optimize time for you with your family and for me with mine. It eliminates drive time, needing a babysitter, and arriving 15 minutes early. You can meet with me at home, when your children are at school, sleeping or playing in the other room, and within seconds of signing in. It is convenient and flexible to meet your needs so you can learn the skills to meet your children’s needs.
