We combine art and therapy modalities together to reduce burnout, trauma, depression/anxiety and emotional fatigue. All services can be provided online, and supplies will be sent to you for each session.

Services

In our reset package, I provide active listening and therapeutic support by helping you identify triggers, strengths, barriers and key skills to increase healing and healthy functioning (mentally, emotionally, and psychologically).

This package is a small but powerful course to help acknowledge and heal from trauma that can be blockages or barriers to your success, goals, purpose and vision for your life. Lets identify these challenges and create healthier habits for the future.

In these 4 sessions you can expect:

- Identifying and Healing from trauma

- Utilizing coping skills such as art, writing, painting, music.

- Learn/ practice meditation

- Connecting body to spirit (chakra healing)

- Techniques to reduce mental and emotional stress.

Healing journey is never something you have to do alone. In this journey we are not only releasing trauma, but we are learning how to recreate ourselves. Ever wished the world would give you a clean slate? Give it to yourself, permission to start over and give yourself the foundation you've always needed.

In this these 8 sessions we will:

- Identify trauma & triggers

- Strength Building

- Learning about the connection between body & Mind

- Habit changing (Chakra Healing)

- Goal setting and Follow through

- Engaging in mindfulness activities such as coping skills, affirmations, and meditation (hands on sessions). Each session you are able to use a new coping skill to practice together.
