I try to bring understanding that healthy living is an ever day thing. Once that is understood they can start to break the cycle of setting the same goal over and over again.

Finding what you can do sustainably to maintain that body.

The problem solving. Getting down to why it's hard to break habits or create new ones.

While I know that the overall goal will probably be weightloss or some type of body composition change, I try to safely assume there's usually something else that may be more desirable than that. We just have to discover that!

Services

I have a plan the just focuses on nutrition if you feel that's all you can tackle right now. Length is 3 months, and you receive my nutrition guide, a weekly check in with me, I look over the meals you log in My Fitness Pal, and together we create the plan that will be sustainable for you.

Plans that include coaching on nutrition and exercise are also 3 months and include the above plan along with a choice of exercise plans. I can help with creating the routine of exercise and will give you workouts to do at the gym or at home on your own. The other option is to work with that trainers at a gym I've partnered with. You would get the best of both worlds by working with them at their facility while I do the health coaching. Signing up through me will get you a discount to work out with these trainers at their private gym.
