A meeting to assess your physical fitness, take measurements, and discuss goals.

45-60 minutes session where we will do everything from cardio, weight lifting, plyometrics, etc.., to work towards your individual goals for physical improvement, and helping keep you accountable for you physical activity.

A sort consultation to discuss your current nutritional habits, set goals and discuss an action plan to adjust your dietary habits to align with your goals.

Providing nutritional guidance to help you work towards your goals, monitor your progress towards your goals, and helping you stay accountable for your dietary choices.
