Maybe you've seen those zany crossfit people. They are fit to the point of being both inspiring and humiliating? I am not that guy. I haven't done anything substantial like this for years, and I have survived so far, and even love it. The staff here (married couple) are very good. Excellent technical knowledge on lifts, one is a PT and specializes in mobility also - so you can know you are in good hands. The group of people aren't filled with 21 year olds with single digit body fat percentages. There are a fair amount of brand new men and women, and some seasoned ones as well. Everyone is very friendly, and very social. It is not a huge gym ("box," if you prefer). There are a couple of things I wish they would do to improve things. I would gladly take those issues instead of a different group of people. I will try to update in a couple months.
