Joe Ransom is a true professional and his knowledge of health challenges that older clients have to deal with, is right on point. Each of the staff trainers are great to work with and know how to instruct and motivate. Even though PFF is on the East Coast and I live on the West Coast, there have been no problems with scheduling my training. I meet via ZOOM twice a week and talk with Joe whenever I need to in regards to lower back pain or diet issues. Joe certainly knows how to communicate and motivate with people. I signed up on Day 1 of MaxOut opening in Exton off Gordon Drive. I walked in wanting to get toned. I was not necessarily overweight and I loved running, but found that running wasn't building any muscle and I was just getting flabby! I had actually signed up at LA Fitness before walking into MaxOut, but I wasn't a fan of the atmosphere. The overall cost for joining the facility and the personal training program was outrageous! I quickly called to cancel my membership at LA the day after signing up and going to MaxOut. Seth is my trainer at MaxOut. I can't say enough good things about him! Not only is he nice to look at, but he knows his stuff! He's so knowledgeable about every activity we do, how to do it correctly and what it is geared towards strengthening. He asks questions as to what I'm looking to accomplish and he gives his input on what I should work on as well. Every time I walk in, he's prepared with the day's routine and gets right into it. I really appreciate his focus and attention to me, my goals and my time. It's not inexpensive to have a one on one trainer and he recognizes that I'm there for a purpose. He focuses on that purpose and my goals. He keeps us on track with our routine for each and every day. No matter if I'm walking into MaxOut early in the morning or late in afternoon...Seth always energetic and smiling! His positive attitude it seems towards life motivates me to better myself and to keep coming back to MaxOut! Thank you Seth & MaxOut!

My martial arts training has developed my stamina and conditioning, empowered me for potential self-defense situations, and challenged me to do more than I ever thought I could. Master Som is a masterful teacher, breaking down skills and techniques in a way that makes it easy for me to learn and imitate. I've recently paired this training with swinging kettle bells and feel even stronger. Cannot speak highly enough about this program.
