Body By Strength is an affordable and convenient personal training business that offers private one-on-one training to those who want to work towards a fitness goal. Training takes place in the home of the client or at a private gym location with top of the line equipment that I have access to. The three main areas I specialize in are fat loss, muscle building, and strength/endurance. I'm also able to give nutritional advice and provide clients with templates on how to organize foods and make healthy food choices around the foods that they already eat.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I create a thorough training plan designed specifically around the clients top two goals and base the training sessions around that plan. I provide private one-on-one sessions as well as workouts to do on "off days" or days that we do not meet, if necessary. I'm a firm believer in doing things correct, so as those goals are being chased I will spend as much time needed on making sure form/technique is correct to avoid as many injuries as possible. Even though we will most likely be training for a particular goal, I still teach my clients how to train correctly along the way so they can confidently train on their own someday.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to have the strength in your mind to never give up. Never giving up applies to the nutritious lifestyle, the training program, and the will power to never stop until all of those things are intact and continuously repeated. If you WANT to work hard and really WANT the goal of having that body of your dreams then nothing can stop you except yourself.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people reach goals that they used to think were impossible. I was in that position one time or another and could never afford a personal trainer to show me the correct path. My job puts me in the perfect position to teach people something that is valuable to their life both physically and mentally. My job also allows me to spread positivity and wellness on a daily basis and I find that quite enjoyable.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my own business to give more people the opportunity to afford personal training. By starting my own business I can give clients exactly what they want and what they need. I've worked in a big box gym before and noticed that it was ran using a "system", and the "personal" in personal training seemed to be missing. My business allows me to adjust and work in the direction of each client and give them what works specific to them and their own personal goals.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because this is my absolute passion. Training has been with me for 7 years now and I plan on making my entire career out of it. I believe that I was put on this Earth to show people the power of training and all of the positivity that comes with it. I'm here to change lives, make lives, and in some cases, save lives. All I need is one session to prove to a client that I am the correct fit for them and that I truly care about their goals when it relates to training and fitness. I will hold each client accountable, give each client the confidence, and try to consistently bring the best out of each client, whether it's the first session or the last session.
