Roadside Crossfit is the place to be! Super Coach Tracy will help you reach your goals and get you in the best shape of your life. She's been doing CrossFit for 3 years and is continually using new training to help you succeed. She designed this gym to be fun and safe for all. I started a 6 week challenge here, and have had days I've felt defeated, but coach Tracy has lifted me up and kept me going. Her encouraging, pushing, positive attitude is spread through out the whole gym. Everyone there makes you feel important and part of the Roadside CrossFit family. What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to help people be proactive and stay out of the broken health care system. As an ER nurse I have been on the reactive side of health for 15 years and wanted to give people a new approach to wellness.
