For 5 months I’ve been training with Roy. Before the training I’ve told him what the goal I’m trying to reach within 6 months. Within those 5 months so far, 3 things that I have been appreciative the most. 1.proper form of lifting 2. Proper dieting, which I truly enjoy because now I can go in the grocery store and KNOW what exactly to get to ALWAYS maintain a good healthy diet and reach the diet and body fat% goal. I now will never have to figure out what to buy to stay on a healthy track. And the 3rd reason is what makes pro fitness24 a very special place and Roy a very good trainer. I told Roy 4yrs ago I had a total hip replacement and when it came to leg day there was but so much I could push myself to the limits to do. And I’ve always done legs exercises in the past that the doctor told me to do. But I’ve never done exercises to actually isolate and strengthen the hip it’s self. The hip replacement help me to have no more pain and more mobility but Roy’s training helped me to isolate and build strength around the hip which I began to feel a big difference in the hip especially walking up stairs. The point is Roys’s fitness care for your needs, as along as YOU are willing and determined to get the job done. Roy is a great and cool guy.

This is such a great workout! I have been going for about a year and have noticed amazing results. If you haven't tried reformer classes, you are missing out! It is a lot different than mat classes. The teachers are really nice and motivating. I never have a hard time finding a group class to fit my schedule or you can have private sessions.

In a busy area like Greenville, the biggest benefit is accountability. You aren't just paying for a workout; you're paying for a professional to ensure your form is perfect and your time isn't wasted on exercises that don't work for your body.
A reputable trainer must be certified. Look for certifications from accredited organizations. The most respected in the US are NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE (American Council on Exercise), ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association)—particularly the CSCS for athletes.
To keep costs down, consider small group training. By grabbing a few friends and splitting the session fee, you get expert attention for a fraction of the price. Additionally, ask about 'Commit and Save' deals where buying upfront lowers the per-session rate.

I am a online personal transformation specialist. With my service, you will be able to reach your goals in the same amount of time, if not faster than traditional personal training. If you have never had an online trainer before, you will be surprised at how streamlined the process is to: get to know your personal strengths and weaknesses, tailor a plan to fit your needs in a time you can commit to, and get you to a place of physical and mental confidence.
I speak with my clients about what their personal barriers are to fitness. Everyone has a reason why they haven't been able to reach the goals they've set for themselves, but I seek to change the question that people ask themselves. I want to change the question from, "why haven't I" to, "why not me?" I help people see they deserve everything they desire and I help them work toward that desire.
The secret is dedication! It takes perseverance to reach anything in life that is worth having. I wish that every person I contact is 100% ready to reach the goals they've set for themselves, but that's not always the case. With the right plan and support, a person can be their own big secret to success, we just have to work at it!
What I love most is celebrating with my clients when they start to notice a change in how they look, feel, and think. My clients confidence shoots through the roof, they get boat loads of compliments, and best of all is they know it was done by them. No magical outside force made the fat melt off or the muscle form, it was the work they put in. It's all very rewarding!
I decided I should start my own business when I noticed that fitness was a passion for me. I could sit for hours and talk to people about dieting and workouts so I saw getting certified as a no brainer. I started Critical Gains with the hope that I can make a difference in enough lives that I put a huge dent in this epidemic where working on yourself is not popular.
I am dedicated. If I'm your trainer I will make your problem my problem and help you to get to the you I know you can be. With my online training, I will be able to be way more personable and way more convenient than your traditional face to face trainer. If you are serious about making a lifestyle change, I am your best bet for getting the results you've been looking for.
