I joined Made To Move this past October when my daughter sent me an email about a special offer from Setauket Tennis and Fitness (setaukettenfit.com) where she was a "between college semester" member and where Made to Move is located.I am THRILLED with the program results, the gym itself and the staff.  The employees are warm, friendly and professional.  My initial meeting included  a nutrition consultation and I took advantage of their online activity tracker armband and food journal.  My personal trainer Tara Arbucci finessed around all my aches and pains to continue my progress.  Multiple classes held during the week for both "morning" and "night" people and for before-work and after work and mid-day clients is beneficial for every possible schedule.  I've enjoyed the Zumba class with Grace, and I am now a Yoga enthusiast thanks to our instructor Lois Healion,  and recently braved the Boot Camp class which made me sweat ... and laugh.  The gym is very clean and bright and so are the locker rooms/bathrooms.  The price is very reasonable.  There are lots of opportunities for children and tennis players as well.  I have lost about 20 pounds and am doing their newest 20/20 challenge as well.  I highly recommend this gym and within the gym, Made to Move Fitness.

I love my barre classes at Barre-tique! All of the instructors are great - they keep you motivated with great music, cool lights, etc. It's a beautiful studio - completely unlike any "chain" barre studios that are out there. The workouts are challenging but the instructors keep things moving at a fast pace are extremely encouraging. I love that women of all ages, sizes, etc. attend - anyone can feel comfortable coming here, as everyone is very welcoming.
