We take Personal Training to a different level over at Redefine Fitness. We do this by taking everyone's personal health and fitness goals and blending it into a program that is specifically designed to help better you. Not everyone wants a trainer to scream, yell and push them to the floor because not everyone is healthy enough to be pushed to that level. Every client that comes in needs something different and sometimes it can be something as simple as wanting to live longer.
Personally, I go over every aspect of my clients health from nutrition to range of motion. If someone has a medical condition that I am not familiar with, I sit down and talk to a physician instead of just googling it. I try everyday to learn something new to help blend functional medicine into the fitness world. This is how I Redefine Fitness!
