Through consistent communication and without judgement. The greater I understand how you function and live your life the better I can design a fitness plan that works in synchrony causing you less stress.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret is patience and consistency. You need to consistently have balanced eating habits and exercise routine.
Patience is required because it takes a significant time to lose weight/gain in a way that is healthy for your body.
Fad and crash diets can work but they do the opposite of creating a sustainable lifestyle.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people regain that confidence and happiness with their own body.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was in middle school I measured and designed a theoretical gym in my parents basement. I named the gym "Practical Power". I have always loved fitness and sports.
Fast forward, I made it to a division I swim team and did plenty of strength and conditioning. It was during that time I continued made that middle school dream a reality.
I studied for the best certification I could find and later started my own business before graduating undergrad. Of course, I named the business "Practical Power Personal Training".

I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. I will provide you with a detailed fitness plan that encompasses all domains of fitness including strength, mobility, flexibility, nutrition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and more.
