I love how enthusiastic and motivational all of the staff is from start to finish. They keep me going after an exhausting day or rough night, and are the main reason I chose to sign up for an unlimited membership after only one class. I always look forward to the next time that I am able to fit it into my schedule. I like that each class has a different routine so that you keep us on our toes and constantly learning and improving

I've had a membership here for about four years now, and I couldn't be happier. Â It's one of the very few gyms on the western side of Syracuse metropolitan area that has an actual steam room (as opposed to the much more common dry sauna--though they have one of those as well), which is big plus for me. Â Staff is very friendly, and, importantly, I can't ever remember having to wait for a treadmill or other piece of cardio equipment. The place is never uncomfortably busy. Â I also like the fact that there are people of all ages and all sizes working out--I've been going to gyms for nearly twenty years now, but I think if I were brand new to fitness and a little nervous, I wouldn't feel intimidated. Â Absolutely none of the "leering" and toxic masculinity that are present at some facilities.

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.
Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).
One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.
