It's a big pool that you can do all of you exercises in.

I love Trufitness and love the classes and the trainers really care about everyone that comes to exercise. The people that come to gym or classes there that you exercise with always give you welcome and all of them are super friendly that you will always see smile on their face. Trainers are very good at motivating the customers and getting us excited about working out. Specially when they work out with you give you energy and push that you need. The classes are awesome there are for beginners and extreme exercises. Don't be shy to try it out. More...

I have been a member of Trufitness for almost 6 months. I have always felt very comfortable and welcome there. The staff is helpful and they offer a nice variety of classes, which are included in the membership fee. It is not crowded, so there is no wait time for machines. I'm so glad that I chose this health club! More...

Love it! Great staff. Great pool. Great for the silver sneakers crowd. The scheduled exercise classes are convenient. I drive an hour to get to them. Highly recommend this gym.

I've had a membership here for about four years now, and I couldn't be happier.  It's one of the very few gyms on the western side of Syracuse metropolitan area that has an actual steam room (as opposed to the much more common dry sauna--though they have one of those as well), which is big plus for me.  Staff is very friendly, and, importantly, I can't ever remember having to wait for a treadmill or other piece of cardio equipment. The place is never uncomfortably busy.  I also like the fact that there are people of all ages and all sizes working out--I've been going to gyms for nearly twenty years now, but I think if I were brand new to fitness and a little nervous, I wouldn't feel intimidated.  Absolutely none of the "leering" and toxic masculinity that are present at some facilities.
