Just started training with Dwayne. Had my first session last Saturday. How am I feeling?.....Well, Saturday after the training session I could hardly walk, but the rest of me felt pretty good. Sunday I could still hardly walk and the rest of me was now sore, especially my triceps. Thank goodness Dwayne warned me about going down stairs because I'm pretty sure I would have fallen. No muscle on my body has ever felt the way my legs did Saturday and Sunday. I was hugging the bannister taking one step at a time like I was learning to walk all over again! What a sight. Monday I was still pretty sore but moving okay. Tuesday I felt pretty good and was able to hit the elliptical and do some stretching. By Wednesday I was fine and looking forward to the next session. Excellent training.
