We start with an introductory session ($20) where we talk about your goals and the programs that would best get you the results you’re looking for and take it from there! I offer programs that range from $95 a month for online-based, all the way to intense 1-1 coaching in the five figure range (for an annual package), and many in between. Which program you choose depends on your goals, how fast you want to get there, and your budget. My programs are priced as: - online programs (lowest cost) - monthly plans (cancel anytime) - monthly payments for annual plans - paid in full annual plans (best value) The biggest hurdle is taking the first step to reach out for help! Once you make the choice to make yourself a priority, the decision is easy. Things to overcome: - NOT ENOUGH TIME Think about it this way: If you don’t take the time now for yourself, how are things gojng to look a few years from now? I also take care in helping yoo choose a plan that fits your life while still getting you the results you’re seeking, or something better. - I DON’T KNOW WHAT I’M DOING It’s ok. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We use our first session to find out where you’re at, figure out where you want to go, and make a plan to get there!

For fitness: once you decide to work with me we’ll take before photos, measurements and get you started with a nutrition tracker. We’ll schedule your workouts and most importantly - get in the mindset for results!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Mindset! If you think you can do it, you can! Be consistent with workouts and don’t sabotage your efforts in the kitchen! Get all the nutrients you need to have enough energy, but not so much that it goes into storage.

What do you love most about your job?

I have always loved fitness, but what I’m really into is EMPOWERMENT. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with helping people shine brighter, show up and be epic.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I absolutely love the freedom of boundlessly following my passion, making as much money as I want, doing things I actually enjoy!
