I was looking for a very personal training option and Dwayne was my answer. My one hour twice a week training sessions are very intense and a terrific workout. I have been training with Dwayne for the past four months and he is AMAZING to say the least! From the very first meeting, he is incredible to work with. Dwayne truly listens to what you want you goals to be, pushes you to limits you didn't think you could go, gets that extra rep out of you when you think you can't and his high energy keeps you motivated when you start to drag or think there is nothing left. (You will also get a stern look when you try to slack off, so don't even try. :-) Yes, there are some growing pains along the way, but the sore muscles and tired mornings are SO worth it! I feel strong, better and healthier than I ever have and I have FITNATION to thank for that! More...

I read the feature in the "REFRESH" magazine in the Saturday paper, the article profiled a 70 yr old man working with a personal trainer, exercise and nutrition. It interested me , because i've tried diets and exercise and nothing worked..I emailed Dwain and Yvette and told them what my goals were, they tailored a fitness and nutrition plan for me, it's been almost a month and I can see and feel the difference, it's not easy and it's definatly a commitment. I've been training with Dwayne for about 4 weeks now and I couldn't be happier! He knows what he is talking about and helps you set goals and reach them. I have already noticed results! Well Well, yesterday was my second session with Dwayne, I lived thru my second work out , when I was going to the gym that's all I was doing because I had no ideal of what to do and what machines to get on to work what muscles, didn't feel nothing after working out, NOW after my first night working out with Dwayne , I felt it all in every muscle GOOD PAIN, and everyday no matter how tough he is or sore I am I'm ready for my next session.

Fitnation is by far the best decision I ever made in my life. I was a gym rat that would always workout and never really did it the right way. Hense which is why I was always injured my sports. Due to lost motivation and other things I stopped working out. It now has been almost 2 years since I stopped and I looked everywhere for help. Until I came across fitnation and dwayne brinson. He is changing my life around and getting me back on track. If you have any doubts in your life he will help you with his wise words and positive attitude. Just started training with Dwayne. Had my first session last Saturday. How am I feeling?.....Well, Saturday after the training session I could hardly walk, but the rest of me felt pretty good. Sunday I could still hardly walk and the rest of me was now sore, especially my triceps. Thank goodness Dwayne warned me about going down stairs because I'm pretty sure I would have fallen. No muscle on my body has ever felt the way my legs did Saturday and Sunday. I was hugging the bannister taking one step at a time like I was learning to walk all over again! What a sight. Monday I was still pretty sore but moving okay. Tuesday I felt pretty good and was able to hit the elliptical and do some stretching. By Wednesday I was fine and looking forward to the next session.
