What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Workouts that work for you! You can get the same results in our 30 minutes 3 times a week that you would at a regular gym in 2 hours 3 times a week. Workouts are new and different. Want to focus on a specific problem area? We can do that. And course.....accountability!!! If you aren't there we will notice and we will hold you accountable.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people "find their fit". That means different things to different people at different times. And that is our primary goal and we love that we can work with you individually but make it more affordable with small group sessions.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The use of whole body vibration was a game changer for me personally. I had a bad knee and back. I was able to build my strength up without the worry of causing re-injury that comes from doing lots of repetitions. Add on the accountability and it was amazing.

Why should our clients choose you?

We care! You might pay less at a big box gym but if it doesn't get you to your goal its wasted money. We will make sure your get to the gym for 30 minutes. We will help you find the right workout. We will help you with nutrition. We will hold you accountable.
