1 on 1 Personal Training
Personal training session just client and trainer. Discuss goals and perform assessments for measurable data and reflection. Packages may be discussed upon initial visit.
Group Circuit Training
3 or 4 clients at once performing at an intermediate or higher training experience. This training lasts 8 to 12 weeks.
Online Personal Training
Remote personal training to fit your day using what is at your disposal. Wherever you are you can fit in some kind of a workout. This service also comes with custom workout plan based on discussion and goals. This workout plan may be used at a gym you go to for accessibility to equipment.
