Every time I go here to work out, it is a brand new work out. Every day is different... I love that!! I live 45 miles away from this place, and I work out 2 times per week. . I get up and workout at 5:30 in the morning and there are some mornings when I try to talk myself out of getting up, however I get up and go. I enjoy the time I have in a group setting and the others help encourage you to finish the task at hand. I love the fact that it takes only 30 minutes of my time and I am getting healthier everyday. I love the 30 minute workouts! They keep you motivated, working hard, and sweating. With JT Training, working out has become a part of my daily routine and when I don't get to the gym or I can't make it to class, it's frustrating. I have fewer and fewer days of, "Oh, I really don't want to go today, so I'm just going to stay home," and I have more and more days of, "Oh, NO! I can't make it to the gym today at all. I started JT Training a little over 2 months ago because I wanted some guidance, support and mainly to lose weight. I’ve found much more than that! The trainers are knowledgeable and make our work outs fun, even when I leave so sweaty and exhausted. I’ve built a kinship with the other people in the session and look forward to seeing them every day (yes, I’ve become so addicted to the JT Training I go every day unless there is something that prevents me). The work outs are a quick 30 minutes and have given me great results, along with guidance on good eating habits. I have lost over 7 pounds in the first 2 months but also an amazing 9+ inches!! Now that is results I can see in my mirror and how I look/ feel in my clothes!! Because the workouts are never the same it keeps me interested and working hard, always striving to be a better me. I’ve been here for 6 weeks. If you do your part in the sessions and even do a decent-ish attempt at eating well you will see results. Jay and the staff are very helpful and 100% committed to each patron. I didn’t think group type fitness would be the thing for me but it’s great because interactions are always positive. Once you start seeing results and feeling/sleeping/living better you’ll wonder how you ever survived without. My body had been hurting so I decided a massage was in order (since people in my life spoil me, I might as well use the certificates!
). The LMT I’ve seen for years (whom also happens to be a regular from my serving days) asked today if I run or work out because she doesn’t remember my muscles being so tight/lean. Certainly she wasn’t telling me I used to be squishy. Lol.
That being said; SHAPE at JT Training works. You should try it. You can desquishify yourself.
