(coach/co-owner) replied and set me up to come in the following week for a free trial (one week free trial to be exact). My first day at Friction CrossFit, I was greeted by Coach Bobby, co-owner. Along with a group of awesome men and women. I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. The first work out left me sore for days, but in a good way. The coaches make sure the moves are being performed correctly. I've mainly worked with Coach Bobby(co-owner). He is very patient, explains,and demonstrates the moves. Bobby puts a lot of emphasis on form and will scale your workouts according to your ability. He makes sure you have the technique mastered before moving on to heavy/heavier weight. It has been one month since I starting crossfit. I've learned a lot in such a short time. I still have a lot of work to do. The atmosphere at Friction CrossFit is very warm and inviting. Everyone supports one another and cheers each other through workouts. I enjoy the camaraderie amongst all the members.Friction CrossFit is a great facility with a skilled, knowledgeable, and engaging coaching staff. A big thanks to the coaches (Bobby, Jeff, and Mike). You guys are kind of a big deal!!
