Highly recommend this place for beginners and pros alike. All the trainers are amazing especially Justin who takes the time to make sure you are doing the workout with proper form and keeps an eye on every single person in the class. This place will definitely motivate you to push harder and learn more. Shout-out to Farah who is super awesome and keeps it fun.
I'm 49 years old. I've been trying different diets and strategies to lose weight for years. A friend of mine has been going for weekly personal training sessions with Ash at Flo Fitness for a couple of years. He recommended I try it. I was really hesitant. I'm not at all fit and find going to the gym intimidating because I don't know how to use most of the equipment and I've never experienced personal training. I started two weeks ago and I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done for myself. Ash is a kind, patient and motivating coach. He has the ability to push me to do workouts I've never imagined I could do. He sets realistic goals for me based on my fitness level and holds me accountable for achieving them. He's training me how to use the equipment properly to get the optimal workout and to avoid injury. The martial arts kick boxing workouts are fun and exhausting. I actually look forward to going to my training sessions. I've lost 10 pounds in two weeks! My goal is 70 lbs by July. I have no doubt I'll make it because I'm no longer trying to do it alone. I now have a knowledgeable professional in my corner. I've seen members of all fitness levels. They even have classes for kids. I highly recommend this gym.
