What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

First and foremost, LOVE yourself! And remember, you only have one body so take care of it. Watch what you put inside of your body. If you put good stuff in your body, good stuff will come out! Bad stuff in your body, bad stuff comes out. As far as fitness goes: Keep moving rather than sitting all the time. Stay active, consistent, with your workouts. CONSISTENCY is the key! Always push yourself a little harder with each workout in order to progress.
Remember, in order to change your body you have to challenge it!

What do you love most about your job?

Meeting and helping people from all walks of life. Seeing the happiness on the client's face when they see positive results with their bodies and in their health.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After always hearing people complain about not getting professional, personal attention they want when they go to facilities for training or not getting good customer service made me realize that being in the fitness field for more than 20 yrs, having the knowledge and experience, I could offer people fitness services and good customer service they wanted. By opening my private In-home studio, clients will get all the personal and professional attention they need and want.
