What do you love most about your job?
I get to wake up every morning and help people reach a goal that they've set out for themselves. Nut only that but I get to motivate as well. Because its not easy by any means. I even have days where I may not want to get up, But I push myself! And I love motivating and pushing people to see what I see in them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been playing basketball since I was 6 years old. I know the game and I have the mind for it. I have so much of a mind for it that I started coaching Basketball as a Senior in High School at one of the local Recreation Centers. But it wasn't until I joined the military that I started to love the entire entity of Fitness. Whether it was eating right or our morning exercise, I was intrigued. I saw more and more progress each week from the 8 weeks I was in Basic Training and I wanted to learn more. And once I learned, I didn't want to keep this knowledge to myself. I started helping my mom, my sister, coaching basketball all year-round and helping other family members around me. Until one summer I had decided to turn what I love to a business where I can help more than just my family. I wanted to help the community.

I am no one special. I'm just someone that loves what their doing. I love to help and I love motivating people and to then see the excitement people get when they realized what they have done.
