I like that there are no classes times and you can come whenever you want to get a quick workout. Workouts can be as intense as you want them to be and the pace is set by the individual. It’s great for beginners and hard-core workout enthusiasts alike. I also like that the place is small and intimate. It’s almost like having a personal trainer through the whole session.
